Operations Assistant – Transportation & Fleet Operations
Service Bros. Transport is seeking an experienced Operations Assistant to join our team in San Bernardino, CA. This position will work directly with our operations team and assist with the day-to-day management of our transportation and fleet operations.
Pay: $28.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily transportation and fleet operations.
- Dispatch drivers and help coordinate daily schedules.
- Build and enter loads into our transportation system.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry.
- Track truck and trailer maintenance, repairs, and service schedules.
- Maintain fleet and operational records.
- Monitor loads and assist with resolving scheduling or operational issues.
- Communicate with drivers, maintenance personnel, customers, and operations staff.
- Assist with driver and equipment assignments.
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure information is kept current.
- Provide general support to management and the operations team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous transportation, trucking, dispatch, fleet, or logistics experience required.
- Strong computer and data-entry skills.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and other computer-based systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Dependable and able to work independently.
- Ability to communicate professionally with drivers, customers, vendors, and coworkers.

We are looking for someone who understands that transportation operations can change quickly throughout the day. The right candidate will be organized, dependable, comfortable working with drivers and equipment, and able to stay on top of multiple responsibilities at once.
This is a hands-on operations position with the opportunity to become an important part of the daily management of our fleet and transportation operation.
